Easter Coloring Pages
Is it a big problem to you when you think how to entertain children on Easter? So it is very interesting to organize such a gripping game as Easter egg hunt. I used to put some plastic eggs in many secret places in the yard for my three children. They enjoyed run around the yard looking for the eggs and laughing all the time and it wasn’t important if the eggs contained anything at all.
And what do you think about a scavenger hunt? You are to write some instructions on narrow pieces of paper and place them into plastic eggs. Every egg will give the way to another one. The last instruction will tell about the place of some particular regale.
Well, and it is magnificent if the egg contains some unusual propositions. For instance: an evening out with Dad or Mom, a day without chores, bedtime half an hour later, a sleepover at Grandma's, getting to pick out a movie rental, supper at a favorite restaurant, an extra 30 minutes of television, a night at the movies, a trip to the park. Only you know what is the most splendid thing for your child so choose the best one
The children like to ornament something. Use white paper to paint eggs. Children spend some time to color and beautify them using all their creative skills. Now it is your task to cut them out and locate everywhere - on a bulletin board, the wall, the windows or hang them from the ceiling (fix some cord to the paper eggs and with the help of thumbtacks hang the eggs from the ceiling).
Of course you should do many actions to dye the eggs – visit the shop, buy some dye, then paint the eggs. But you can attempt to do some other thing, namely use natural dyes.
You can manufacture a handprint lamb magnet: Outline your child's hand on dark craft foam, cut out then fix cotton balls on the palm for the lamb’s fell. Attach a little wiggle eye on the thumb. Take a piece of red band and construct a tiny bow then fix it on the lamb's neck (where the thumb meets the palm). Fasten a short part of adhesive strip magnet on the back. And finally there is a nice lamb.
Make a cross magnet: Take two popsicle sticks - one five-inch and one two-inch. Fasten the less stick on top of the bigger to obtain a cross. Then design a bow out of a piece of red band and fix it on top of the less stick. Fasten a short adhesive magnet strip on the back.
